Abstract

Life Narrative or an autobiography is a valuable gift to one’s children and later descendents. All are inherently interested in our forebears, and it stands to reason that
all descendents will be interested in those as well. An autobiography is a way to analyze oneself. Many people write their autobiographies in an attempt to explore their own past and discover new truth about themselves. I find that meaning emerges in our lives mostly upon reflection, and writing a book length work about oneself necessarily requires a lot of reflection.
